This project includes a balcony off the master bedroom that has a waterproofing membrane creating a dry space under the balcony that the homeowners can use in any weather conditions. Deck flooring is dekorators khaya, railings dekorators ALX contemporary , and the top deck has a glass rail system with tinted glass for additional privacy. Approximate size is 1000 sq. ft.

The same person returned after my husband and I decided on the features we'd like for the deck. We got to review and discuss the proposal in person with the staff before a finalized contract was sent to us.
