Claim Process:

Step 1: Submit Your Claim

  • Fill out the claim form below.
  • In the “Description of the Claim” field, provide detailed information about the issue with your deck.
  • Attach at least 3 clear photos showing the problem.

Step 2: Review Period

  • Once we have all the necessary details and images, we’ll begin reviewing your claim.
  • This process usually takes between 1 to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we thoroughly evaluate the information provided.

Step 3: Acknowledgment of Claim

  • After review, we’ll send you an offer letter outlining the next steps. This will be sent via email and/or standard mail.

Step 4: Settlement of Claim

  • Upon receipt of your signed acceptance of the offer, we’ll proceed with the settlement process.

Step 5: Closure of Claim

  • Once the settlement is complete, we will formally close the claim.
  • We will notify you that all processes regarding the claim have been finalized
