32'x16' second story deck designed to preserve the view on the top of the deck and under the deck . Deck foundation was designed with a power beam to allow 20' stretch in between columns so when homeowners are using the under deck space the view is't blocked, the deck also has a waterproofing membrane to allow use of the under deck during light rain.
