Deck Resurfacing project plus addition of Hip style open porch on top of existing deck in Princeton, NJ

Resurface 600 sq. ft. of existing deck from wood decking to composite decking and railings and addition of hip style open porch to gain more usable days of the season by having shade and rain protection under the new open porch.
