20'x20' plus 12' octagonal lounge Multilevel deck. This deck is built using helical piers foundation, deckorators vault decking color mesquite and deckorators ALX contemporary black welded aluminum railings.

Really can't say enough great things about our experience with Deck Guardian. From Raul who helped us design and price the deck, to Ion, Mario, and the awesome crew who built it, we had an exceptional, professional and fast experience all around. What really stands out is how SKILLED these folks are - they just know what they are doing. Designs got turned around in a day, they handled all the permitting and dropped it off at our house, and the crew finished a really big job (two levels, 2 stairways) in a matter of days. They're also really responsive and nice - always had a quick e-mail answer, always someone to pick up the phone. I think these guys figured out how to scale a business the right way - they ONLY do decks and they do it better than anyone. And the deck looks amazing. Exactly what we were hoping for - can't wait to enjoy it for summer. We've worked with other contractors - the difference stands out big time with these guys. Can't recommend enough!! Thank you Deck Guardian team!! A few other notes: -We really appreciated having the showroom to look at examples! -They were super accommodating of a few changes we needed to make - made it easy and painless -We were trying to decide between wood and composite - now seeing the finished product we made the right choice and it'll last for years (and stand up to our kids). Also so many color choices for the boards, railings, cocktail tops, lighting, etc.
